7 Couples That Hurt Boruto (And 9 That Saved It) | ScreenRant
While some relationships in Boruto have only grown sweeter with time, others were a Together, Ino and Sai do a lot of good for the show. . There is strength ot it, as it did stand the test of corrupting darkness, time, and war. Read Chapter Ino and Sai part 3! from the story Naruto Couples- How My Love Life Started by Have you ever failed a hearing test?" +. My mouth Like those relationships where your lover stares at you in the morning until you wake up?. SaiIno is the het ship between Sai and Ino from the Naruto fandom. will which Sakura believes is her getting cocky about her blossoming relationship with Sai.
To be honest, she was a very good friend to Sakura, that's why I actually felt really sorry for her when Sakura was being dumb and just ended the friendship for no reason, I mean really? But she seems dedicated, so I have some respect for her character to some extent. But I would say that I do like Sai, I mean come on, how can you not like him when he roasts Naruto so much XD In general, I think he's a very unique character that deserves more screen time.
Of course he has this "emotionless" front, but it's obvious that he's just not very familiar with emotions after working for the foundation. Which kinda reminds me of Gaara with the unfamiliarity of emotions. Not to mention he has one of the most unique jutsu, who else uses ink? Also Sai is pale as all hell, don't ask me HOW that happened But to give the subtitle some use, I would just like to clarify that we're all well AWARE that Ino has a very large "crush" although I would consider more of an obsession, with Sasuke at this point in her life.
Keep that in mind as you read the rest of this blog, because my suspicion is that it carried over into her reason for getting with Sai. Inojin was probably the only legit reason that it happened. I'm going to be real here, finding any screen time supporting this couple was almost impossible. And don't you think it is kinda a PROBLEM when you're doing research to find some kind of reference and factual basis for a couple and all you can find is ONE episode of consistent interaction?
That's probably the biggest red flag you could possibly find in a cannon couple.Sai Teaching Inojin How To Use Super Beast Scroll - Boruto: Naruto Next Generations!
This episode is literally the only thing I have to go off of at the moment so And Ino sees Sai and she thinks he's kinda cute. She appreciates how he looks and is interested in him obviously Really, we should've expected as much See, now Ino's back on that same fangirl crap, blinded by the looks, unknowingly trying to find a substitute for Sasuke.
So obviously Ino still has her same little thing for Sasuke, no matter how subtle it may be This has the added benefit of revealing that the synthetic cloaks disappear when their user loses consciousness; Sai and Ino also discover that the cloaks have time limits. Sai recommends they use this information to end the fight quickly.
Ino, who was usually positioned near the back lines during close ranged combat situations was now instead supporting Sai with her taijutsu and healing him.
Sakura complements them on how well they work together as a duo. Sakura, Sai, and Ino defeat all their opponents but Kido and Magire.
Since Magire is a medic-nin, they decide to separate Kido from him so that Magire can't heal his injuries. Sai and Ino exchange attacks with Magire, but neither side is able to hit the other. Magire activates a synthetic tailed beast cloak and, with its tails, is able to create glowing orbs that detonate on contact.
While Sai tries and fails to overpower Magire with his Super Beast Imitating Drawings, Ino takes control of an eagle which she uses to stab Magire from behind with a poisoned kunai. Magire's movements slowed, allowing Sai to deliver a finishing blow. Kakashi arrives to help soon after Magire is defeated, with Naruto and Hinata accompanying him.
Together, they head into the forest to help Sakura. However, she defeats Kido with her Cherry Blossom Impact. However, they are interrupted by news that several of Kido's Anbu have fled the village. Sai and the others immediately give chase, but on reaching the Anbu they find them all defeated with a combination of fire and genjutsu.
They guess that it was Sasuke's doing and that he chose not to stick around when he confirmed Kido was defeated.

The two share heated words including Ino saying Sakura is jealous because she would be getting married long before Sakura will which Sakura believes is her getting cocky about her blossoming relationship with Sai.
Sai and Ino holding hands Sai attended Naruto and Hinata's wedding alongside Ino, where he was seen holding Ino's hand, showing they are dating. They were described as looking blissfully happy as their friends teased them on the progress of their relationship.
Book of Sunrise Ino along with the others arrive at the Konoha entrance following an invasion by intruders. Ino recognizes one of the intruders as a regular patron of her families flower shop known as Tadaichi. Ino is in disbelief after the kind, old man explodes in front of her followed by a number of other intruders.
Following their efforts, they are able to stop the invasion but Ino and Aoba pass out from exhaustion after they use their techniques and are both transported to the hospital on Sai's Super Beast Imitating Drawing along with Sakura who provides them with medical aid. They discuss the attack from a few days earlier and the heightened security measures that have since been put into place. Epilogue Sai and Ino eventually got married. Sai took on the Yamanaka name and they run a modern version of the Yamanaka Flower shop together with their son Inojin. They train their son who uses his fathers techniques as part of the new generation Ino-Shika-Cho. Ino and Sai waiting for Inojin to show up for training. Magire, instead of being complex, is just creepy. In Boruto, he shows his affections for Sumire by stalking her.
Later, he leaves her creepy notes and attacks her friends. Granted, the second half was under possession, but he still starts off quite uncomfortable.
The Naruto series have never been that great at showing unrequited love, as Sakura, Naruto, and many other admirers were intense, overbearing, and uncomfortable. However, Magire's feelings for Sumire take the cake. While generally well-meaning, he still decides to follow her around and make others uncomfortable. This botched one-sided relationship only serves to make Magire a terrible trope of a "nice guy," and does nothing to develop Sumire at all.
Overall, it only serves to hurt the show. Orochimaru and Science Orochimaru is not the one for romantic relationships.
However, his adoration and devotion to science and his experiments is as close to true love as he'll ever get. As a mad scientist ninja, it's actually quite fitting. While Orochimaru's work has hurt others in the past, it has created one of the best parts of Boruto: Mitsuki is Orochimaru's synthetic son. He's delightful, well-meaning, strong, and an all around great character. Having an insane, genius father who actually cares for him mostly makes him even more interesting.
In the case of Boruto, Orochimaru's love affair with science has served the show for the better. After all, where would the new Team 7 be without their friend Mitsuki? Sasuke and Sakura Sakura and Sasuke's relationship has always been an odd one. There is strength ot it, as it did stand the test of corrupting darkness, time, and war.
Also, of course, they gave birth to Sarada Uchiha, one of the best characters in Boruto. However, that's about where the good things stop.
Sakura is completely at the mercy of her husband's decisions. Sasuke is never around. Sarada is confused and conflicted by her parent's lack of affection and near-constant separation. While Sarada is fantastic, their relationship in Boruto only seems to bring more hardship and suffering than it brings joy. Sasuke and Sakura may be something that built from the beginning of Naruto, but it's something that just doesn't quite work.
